Tilly Cooks presents Classic Tuscan Cookery, with Mathilde van der Does de Willebois.

September 17th Tuscan Sweets

Perfect for presents, for treats, and for autumn and winter feasts, these Tuscan sweets are easy to make and infinitely better than what you can buy in the shops. Riciarelli Senesi (soft amaretti), Pan forte (a typical Siennese delicacy), Cantuccini (hard almond biscuits), Pane co' Santi (a sweet bread for All Saint's Day).

Price £70 per person All the sweets you make will be available to take away. During the lunch break, participants will be served a meal prepared by Tilly.
