This workshop is aimed to take you a step further with your royal icing skills. We will guide you through more techniques needed to pipe like a professional. We will teach you how to decorate on some cookies.

You will learn:
• A quick recap on making royal icing, piping bags, storage etc....
• How to judge the consistency required
• Learn how do run-outs [flooding]
• How to pressure pipe
• Learn how to pipe flowers
• Talk about other uses of royal icing in cake decorating
• Stay Shape cookie dough recipe provided

All ingredients and equipment for the day are provided. You do-not need to bring anything with you. Should you wish to buy any equipment used during the workshop, there will be a selection available to purchase
