One of the all time top sellers. Sirloin is wonderful steak when cooked well, all our beef is hung for 4-5 weeks so be careful sirloin does not take a lot of cooking. A little tip stand the steak up on the fat side in the pan, fat takes a little longer to cook than the meat, this will give lovely crispy tasty fat but not overcooking the meat.
