About Jessica Noy - Founder of The Gamekeepers Daughter

I am a self taught cook/young entrepreneur who set up The Gamekeepers Daughter in 2011. The Gamekeepers Daughter is a small company based on the Essex/Suffolk border in constable country which produces handmade quality pies, pastries, pates and savouries inspired by the seasons and what nature has to offer.

I use local seasonal game and foraged food wherever possible, and every product is made from scratch. Therefore my products change regularly according to the season.

In 2012 I started to create Squirrel Pasties and savouries which caused quite a stir among the public and press.

In 2012 I appeared in ITV Food Glorious Food, and CBBCs Incredible Edibles.

In 2013 I joined The Kids Cooking Experience team as a freelance cookery teacher based at Jimmy’s Farm and The Cooking Experience, Hadleigh,Suffolk.
